    The Business Development Associate will maintain, foster and create client relationships through solution selling tactics in order to obtain new sales.   • Network Operations Center Technician

    This is an entry to early career position for someone with good technical skills and fantastic customer service skills. The best candidates also have a sense of urgency and the ability to speak and write clearly. You will process incoming calls, emails, texts, and social media posts from customers that are having a problem connecting to the Internet, issues with their network or applications. They are frustrated. They want it to work. You need to be calm and become their hero.

    Your main goal is to triage the call. Either resolve it quickly or take their information and pass it along to someone that has time to work on the problem. Then move on to the next call.

    Our call center is open around the clock. All shifts are open. We are accepting applications for full time Monday through Friday and part time weekends and holidays.

  • Network – Service Coordinator

    The Service Coordinator provides coordination of Network Team’s schedules, customer service responses, overall management and support of Network projects.     As an integral member of a crew, the Top Hand/Tower Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of RF equipment.  Assigned tasks may include installation on rooftops, water tanks and existing towers; tower reinforcement; antenna installation and testing; equipment inspections; microwave dish path alignment; waveguide testing and troubleshooting.  This position requires the ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment and maintain a high level of professionalism, courtesy, customer service and ethics.

    • Installs, maintains, repairs, removes microwave antenna systems – sometimes under adverse conditions (weather, remote sites, high towers) throughout the nation using safety equipment and tools.

    • Maintains compliance with all OSHA, Company and Customer-Specific safety procedures and guidelines.

    The Viewpoint Vista Software Consultant is responsible for managing Viewpoint Vista software consulting engagements with our clients. This will include the setup of new clients, as well as support for existing clients.
