    We are looking for hunters. Someone that understands how to go out and find opportunity. Someone that is not afraid to pick up the phone and make a cold call, do some networking, meet and greet potential clients at social events.

    The Business Development Associate will maintain, foster and create client relationships through solution selling tactics in order to obtain new sales. The responsibilities of the BDA falls into three main categories: pre-sales, sales, and post-sale support of hardware / software / client relationship management.

    Pre-sales activities include prospecting, networking, cold calling and client profiling.

  • Tower Technician

    As an integral member of a crew, the Top Hand/Tower Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of RF equipment.  Assigned tasks may include installation on rooftops, water tanks and existing towers; tower reinforcement; antenna installation and testing; equipment inspections; microwave dish path alignment; waveguide testing and troubleshooting.  This position requires the ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment and maintain a high level of professionalism, courtesy, customer service and ethics.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Installs, maintains, repairs, removes microwave antenna systems – sometimes under adverse conditions (weather, remote sites, high towers) throughout the nation using safety equipment and tools.
    • Transports heavy equipment and materials to work locations, including remote areas, to perform functions of the job.
    • Maintains compliance with all OSHA, Company and Customer-Specific safety procedures and guidelines.
    • Basic use and care of hand tools and mechanical equipment.

  • Viewpoint Vista Software Consultant

    The Viewpoint Vista Software Consultant is responsible for managing Viewpoint Vista software consulting engagements with our clients. This will include the setup of new clients, as well as support for existing clients. This position serves as liaison between the company and the client in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met and that projects are successfully completed.

    Knowledge of Viewpoint Vista is an absolute must but we will consider other ERP package experience if you have the rest of the skills we are looking for.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Analyze customers’ business requirements and objectives; develop a project design to meet customers’ business needs. Guide customers through project management methodology.
    • Estimate time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement project; develop project plan incorporating all project variables.
