York, PA– Business Information Group continues growth by adding two new members to their software consulting division.
James Andrew Malone has joined the firm as a Senior Development Consultant. James will help to further develop BIG’s growing portfolio of regional and national clients by providing in-depth knowledge on systems such as .NET, SQL, and SharePoint, and will provide both remote and on-site support. He is bringing 25 years of development and consulting experience to the BIG team, with many of those years spent developing for the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industries. “James’s skill set will be crucial in BIG’s strategic plans to better serve new and existing clients,” said Ken Jones, Vice President of Consulting Services for Business Information Group. “He provides the highest level of industry and product knowledge to support our customers’ development and consulting needs.”
Benjamin Trout has joined the team as a summer intern, working on the Software Consulting team. He is currently attending Penn State University to obtain his Bachelor’s degree in Information Sciences and Technology, Design and Development. He will work alongside our team of developers, contribute to customer objectives, and learn about application development in our dynamic, fast-paced environment. “Benjamin will develop his own skillset around the products we support during his time with BIG,” stated Jamie Tyndall, Manager of Application Development at Business Information Group. “His studies at Penn State have already prepared him for our collaborative environment and the many technologies we employ.”
