Crisis is the ultimate leadership environment. No one wants a crisis, but for a leader, you must be ready for it, and must understand that it is such a time as this that leaders are raised up.

Leaders motivate their team.
Leaders provide vision and shape the strategy.
Leaders must know their people, and must maximize their assets effectively.
