An introduction to getting started in Office 365, students will learn about the different applications, services and collaboration tools available with an Office 365 plan.
By the end of this course, students should feel comfortable signing in, updating their profile and navigating Office 365. Students will also become familiar with using Office Web Apps, OneDrive and SharePoint.
This course assumes the user understands the basics of using a Windows-based computer. Students should be comfortable using the keyboard, mouse, and Start menu. Understanding and experience with printing and using a web browser is an asset, but not required.
Prior to the course, students should obtain an active Office 365 user account and login through your organization. No previous experience with Office 365 is necessary.
This lesson explains what is included in an Office 365 subscription plan. Students will learn how to sign in to their account, update their profile and download Office desktop applications.
An overview of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Office web applications and how they work with Office desktop applications.
In this lesson, students will learn best practices for where to store files in Office 365. Students will also learn the basics for managing and sharing files in OneDrive and SharePoint as well as an overview of Microsoft Teams.
This lesson provides guidance on how to install and use Office apps on your mobile device.
