For the last 28 years, Scott has worked to build BIG into the company it is today – a leading IT consulting firm delivering industry leadership and strategic, reliable solutions for clients. As the Founder and CEO, he oversees system analysis for clients, including providing appropriate system solutions within various industries, leading the migration of tax bureaus from their legacy systems to BIG’s tax collection and distribution systems, as well as designing and implementing functions to increase efficiencies in the tax administration system. With over 34 years in the IT industry, Scott has worked on several valuable projects including analyzing Pennsylvania’s Act 32 to develop software systems that enable tax collectors to meet the Act’s aggressive requirements. Scott’s extensive network management and system administration experience, as well as his application design and development expertise has led him to become the principle architect and technical manager of the PALite online filing systems for secure filing and payment of Pennsylvania local taxes. Scott has a Computer Information Systems degree from York College of Pennsylvania.
Ken Jones

With over 25 years of experience, Ken is well versed in information systems management, analysis, and development. He evaluates, recommends, and implements approved projects based on client needs and strategizes long term goals. He also serves as BIG’s IS Consulting Manager for enterprise clients. Ken has extensive programming knowledge in VB.NET (Visual Basic.NET), ASP.NET (Active Server Pages.NET), VB (Visual Basic), VBA (VB for Applications), VB (VB for Scripting), T-SQL (Transact Structured Query Language), SQL Server, SQL SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services), SQL SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services), SQL SSIS (Server Integration Services), HTML, JAVA and Crystal Reports. Ken has performed numerous software implementations from database creation, programming and administration with SQL, MS Access and Exchange Servers. Primarily focusing on Viewpoint Construction Software and Deltek Vision Software consulting, Ken’s expertise lies in the field of conversions to integrations and customizations, specifically using SSRS, SSAS and Crystal Reports. Additionally, Ken’s high understanding of Microsoft Business Analytics applications has led him to support clients in the architecture, design, and implementation of the tools.
William Ludwig, CPA

William “Butch” Ludwig, Chief Financial Officer/Controller of Business Information Group, started in 2011. As CFO, Butch oversees BIG’s executive strategy and corporate planning, all finance and administration responsibilities, as well as customer and vendor contract review. He is responsible for the implementation and conversion of BIG’s ERP system, the development of custom financial statements and KPI’s, and the creation of project and employee evaluations tools. Prior to taking on his role at BIG, Butch gained experience in auditing, GAAP financial statements, and client business process evaluations at ParenteBeard, LLC, formerly Beard Miller Company. Butch has his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Shippensburg University.
Jennifer Dangro

Jen brings over 15 years of sales and people management expertise in the technology industry. Working with local and national firms, she has served as an extension of their businesses by helping implement safe, reliable, and understandable solutions into their organizations. Prior to becoming the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Jen began her career at BIG as Director of Sales & Marketing. Her role started by spearheading strategic sales and marketing initiatives, product development programs, and nurturing vendor relationships. Prior to BIG, Jen spent her career advising leading AEC companies on technology adoption in the areas of data, design and documentation. A natural leader with a strong voice, Jen has received many awards and recognitions over the years as a result of her knowledge and experience. She is the Co Author of “When Going BIG is Going BETTER”, the August 2018 issue of Construction in Focus, as well as “Managing Healthcare Construction Risks through Innovation & Specialization”, the fall 2014 issue of CFMA Building Profits.

Deb’s passion is people. In 2019, she was brought on board to provide employee support to BIG while the company was undergoing an HR transition. Her role at BIG is to retain BIGs most valued asset – the employees. As a member of the Leadership Team Deb proactively works to help BIGs employees find success. Whether it’s helping to create a career path, facilitate steps to grow an employee’s career or providing an encouraging word, that’s where you will find Deb. Deb began her career in Human Resources as an independent HR Consultant. She was hired by a local Architectural and Engineering firm where she worked in HR and was placed on the Leadership Team. Deb worked there for 18+ years before joining BIG. Deb attended Northern Kentucky University, Highland Heights, KY.
