  • Business Development Associate

    We are looking for hunters. Someone that understands how to go out and find opportunity. Someone that is not afraid to pick up the phone and make a cold call, do some networking, meet and greet potential clients at social events.

    The Business Development Associate will maintain, foster and create client relationships through solution selling tactics in order to obtain new sales. The responsibilities of the BDA falls into three main categories: pre-sales, sales, and post-sale support of hardware / software / client relationship management.

    Pre-sales activities include prospecting, networking, cold calling and client profiling.

    As an integral member of a crew, the Tower Technician/Field Tech 1 will be responsible for the assisting with the installation, maintenance and repair of RF equipment. Assigned tasks may include installation on rooftops, water tanks and existing towers; tower reinforcement; antenna installation and testing; equipment inspections; microwave dish path alignment; waveguide testing and troubleshooting.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    •  Installs, maintains, repairs, removes microwave antenna systems – sometimes under adverse conditions (weather, remote sites, high towers) throughout the nation using safety equipment and tools.

    • Maintains compliance with all OSHA, Company and Customer-Specific safety procedures and guidelines.
