Business Information Group was named the #5 Best Places to Work in Technology by Best Companies Group. This survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in the industry. The winners were profiled in a digital publication in March 2024, posted at: https://bestcompaniesgroup.com/programs/best-places-to-work-in-your-industry/ and celebrated during a virtual awards ceremony on March 1, 2024.
To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:
- Have at least ten employees working in the United States, in the Technology industry,
- Be a for-profit or not-for-profit business or government entity,
- Be a publicly or privately held business,
- Have a facility in the United States, and
- Be in business a minimum of one year.
Companies from across the country entered the process to determine the “Best” winners. The process consisted of an employee engagement survey measuring the employee experience in eight core focus areas- Leadership and Planning, Corporate Culture and Communications, Role Satisfaction Work Environment, Relationship with Supervisor, Training, Development & Resources, Pay & Benefits and Overall Engagement. Overall scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process and analyzed the data and used their expertise to determine the final rankings.
