Jeff Lykins has joined the team as the Help Desk Supervisor. His core responsibilities will be to supervise the day-to-day operations of the Help Desk Support team, implement new processes and most importantly, make sure the helpdesk experience is a positive one for all of our clients. Adam Beegle has joined the team as a Networking Service Coordinator. His core responsibilities will be to provide coordination of the Network Team’s schedules, customer service responses, and, overall management and support of Network projects.

Jeff has led two previous Help Desk Teams, and Adam has years of extensive knowledge and experience in customer service. These are great assets to have.
