The BIG Wireless team continues to grow
York, PA – BIG Wireless LLC announced that Austin Ort, Joseph Principe, and Matt Rutter have joined the firms Network Operations Center (NOC) Team.
Austin Ort, Joseph Principe, and Matt Rutter have joined the NOC Team as part-time NOC Technicians. Their core responsibility will be to triage client help desk calls based on their degree of urgency and need. They will resolve small issues, with clients and pass urgent and advanced issues to the appropriate level of the technician. “Austin and Matt come to us from YTI and are currently performing their externship with us. Joe is currently attending York College and is working part-time with us as well” said Rich Brenkert, Network Operations Center(NOC) Manager. “Austin, Matt and Joe will be a great addition to the NOC in assisting us with our Managed Services client support.”
