Business Information Group (BIG) Expands Software Consulting Team
York, PA – Business Information Group has two more additions to Software Consulting team.
Mark Cloeren has joined the Software Consulting team as a Software Consultant. Mark will be helping to further develop BIG’s growing portfolio of regional and national Viewpoint clients by providing Viewpoint implementation and training for new and existing customers. Mark is a seasoned software implementation specialist from the real estate development, property management, and building industries. He spent 19 years with Integrated Business Systems, supporting dozens of clients from the New York metro area, on IBS’s ERP accounting and business management systems. During that time Mark provided training, implementation planning and design, data migration, and related IT project management to clients . He most recently worked at Robert Half International, in Bethlehem, PA as a consultant assisting Northeast Pennsylvania customers with accounting and ERP systems conversions and implementations. “Mark is a well-seasoned professional consultant” said Ken Jones, the Vice President of Consulting Services. “His knowledge and great communication skills make him a proud addition to the BIG team.”
Eric Peppler has also joined the Software Consulting team as a Development Consultant. Eric will be creating custom reporting, enhancements, and integrations primarily for the Vista by Viewpoint software package. Eric graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, in 2005, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science. With experience in developing custom reports and enhancements for a manufacturing-specific Enterprise Resource Planning package, he was able to transition to administration, support, and development roles for multiple manufacturing companies. In 2015, he made the shift to the construction industry where he has continued to hone his development skills with software packages geared towards the construction sector. “Eric has come to BIG with a wealth of knowledge around the Vista product. Further, his skillset in development is highly refined” said Ken Jones. “Integrations and complex database work are certainly a knowledge that Eric possesses. We are excited for Eric to be on the team!”
